响应面法优化共聚物阻垢剂的制备与性能研究

Abstract
以马来酸酐(MA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制备MA-SAS-HEMA共聚物阻垢剂.为优化共聚物阻垢剂制备工艺以提高阻垢性能,采用Plackett-Burman试验与Box-Behnken响应面法联用对显著因素进行优化,获得最优的制备条件.结果表明:当单体摩尔比nMA:nSAS:nHEMA=1.72:1:0.68、引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量为8.62%、反应温度为81.72℃时,制得阻垢剂阻垢率最高可达93.59%,阻垢效果最优.用SEM观测垢样形态,可以看出垢体畸变明显,且呈松散低密度状态,表明筛选及优化后的MA-SAS-HEMA共聚物阻垢性能优良.
