Abstract
颞下颌关节重建是指通过外科手术对受损颞下颌关节进行解剖重建及功能恢复.目前重建颞下颌关节的常用方法主要包括自体骨移植颞下颌关节重建、人工颞下颌关节置换术及牵张成骨颞下颌关节重建.近年来,组织工程学在医学各领域的快速发展为颞下颌关节重建提供了新思路.本文就现有颞下颌关节重建方法及其最新研究进展作一综述.
