Abstract
贾英杰教授总结多年临证经验,提出"黜浊培本"防治恶性肿瘤的理论,浊邪既是致病因素,又是病理产物,癌浊是在浊邪和正气先虚的基础上产生的,夹杂毒瘀,胶结难化,发为肿瘤.结肠癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,在不同阶段、不同分期的结肠癌患者中,本虚浊实不断动态变化,临床应将舌脉与肠镜下表现相结合,从分消走泄、宽腑通肠多方面"黜浊",重视健脾益气生津以"培本",提高了结肠癌患者的生存率和生活质量,值得推广借鉴.
