Abstract
根据机车实际运用工况和设计经验从机车限界、轮齿强度、齿面抗磨损、传动平稳性、抗胶合能力等角度,研究了机车牵引齿轮齿数、模数、压力角、变位系数等参数的边界条件和设计方法.为了快速、准确地制定机车牵引齿轮的设计方案,根据机械优化设计方法建立目标函数与约束条件,利用Visual Basic编制了机车牵引齿轮方案设计系统,通过实例计算验证了方案设计系统的正确可行性.
