永久起搏器、埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)、心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)在老年患者中应用广泛.相关研究表明老年患者进行上述心脏器械治疗相对安全,且能从永久起搏器及CRT治疗中获益,但老年患者植入ICD预后受非心源性死亡因素的影响大,较年轻患者预后差.
