直线法修形摆线针轮副的回程误差

Abstract
针对传统方法求解回程误差过程复杂且通用性不强的问题,采用摆线针轮轮齿接触分析模型求解回程误差.基于直线法修形齿廓,建立对应摆线针轮轮齿接触数学模型,求解并绘制回程误差曲线.试验结果表明:通过轮齿接触分析模型求解的回程误差与实际测量的回程误差基本保持一致,理论回程误差值是实际减速器测量回程误差的73％.
