恒温无蛋白酶的核酸扩增反应具有操作简单、条件温和、反应效率高,以及不需要温度循环和蛋白酶参与的特点,可以实现对生物分子的高灵敏检测,已经被广泛应用于生物分析和生物医学应用等领域.本文总结了近年来基于恒温无蛋白酶的核酸扩增反应的生物传感器在检测领域中的发展和应用,并对当前存在的问题进行了讨论.
