从江田鱼肠道微生物多样性分析

Abstract
对不同养殖时间点(1 d、2个月、5个月)的从江田鱼肠道细菌进行了测序分析.结果表明,RS1(1 d)和RS3(5个月)组样品肠道细菌多样性高于RS2(2个月)组.门水平分析,RS1组样品中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes,33.43%)、蓝细菌(Cyanobacteria,28.15%)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria,22.94%)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes,9.79%)为主要优势菌;RS2组样品中的优势菌门为变形菌门,所占丰度为94.05%,其次为厚壁菌门(2.58%)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria,2.05%)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria,0.68%).RS3组样品中优势菌门为蓝细菌(40.69%)、变形菌门(31.65%)、梭杆菌门(10.30%)和厚壁菌门(8.89%).属水平分析,RS1组微生物多样性较高,未分类的蓝细菌(unidentified Cyanobacteria,28.11%)丰度最高,其次为Romboutsia(13.33%)、未分类的梭菌属(unidentified Clostridiales,8.37%)、鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas,4.62%)等菌属.RS2组样品中,气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)相对丰度最高,为68.86%.RS3组样品中,未分类的蓝细菌相对丰度最高,为40.63%;其次是气单胞菌属(12.41%)、鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium,10.20%)等菌属.研究结果表明,稻田养殖系统中从江田鱼的肠道细菌群落在不同生长阶段变化明显.
