促孕阴道泡腾片生产工艺研究

Abstract
优化促孕阴道泡腾片的生产工艺.采用单因素试验,以发泡量、崩解时限、崩解液pH值等为考察指标,对泡腾剂中酸碱比例、填充剂的品种及其用量等生产工艺条件进行优选.结果 发现最佳工艺为:提取物料40％、乳糖20％、枸橼酸21％、碳酸氢钠19％,以2％聚乙烯吡咯烷酮无水乙醇溶液为粘合剂制粒.本工艺稳定、合理可行,适用于规模化生产.
