Abstract
经外周静脉置入的中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter),简称PICC.利用PICC可以将药物输液注在血流量大、流速快的中心静脉中,避免因长期输液或输注高渗性、有刺激性药物对血管的损害,减轻因反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦,同时显著提高患者的生活质量.现已广泛用于TPN、新生儿和肿瘤化疗及长期输液的患者.
