Abstract
目的 探讨儿科在护士配置不变,通过班次变化,更好的为病人提供护理服务在管理中的可行性.方法 采用根据各季节病人求治数变化的特点,在值班人员的数量及工作时间段进行灵活安排.效果 最大化的为病人提供护理服务同时减少在班人员的工作压力又不增加护士的上班时间,提高效率,降低了护患纠纷.
