Abstract
颅内动脉瘤是颅内动脉壁上的异常膨出部分,由于瘤体大多很小,故在其破裂出血前多不能发现.动脉瘤破裂是蛛网膜下隙出血(SAH)最常见的原因,死亡率高达25～26%,且再出血率极高.我科2004年11月至2007年9月,我们采用血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患者48例,效果满意,现将有关护理报道如下
