Abstract
目的 探讨机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(respiratory distress syndrome,RDS)的护理效果.方法 回顾22例机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果.针对疾病特点,采取相应的护理措施.结果 应用呼吸机机械通气治疗和护理后,存活20例;死亡1例;自动出院1例.结论 护理机械通气治疗RDS的患儿,只有从其疾病特点出发,才能更有效促进疾病康复.
