Abstract
目的 方法 通过对一起由食用有毒蘑菇引起的中毒事件进行分析.结果 该镇卫生院共接诊18人症状均为恶心、呕吐、头疼、头晕、腹痛、腹泻、手足乏力伴震颤,18人均有食用野生蘑菇病史.发病集中在2-4小时严重者有脏器损害症状.结论 现场调查结合临床分析及实验室检查确定本次事件为食用有毒蘑菇引起的食物中毒事件.
