Abstract
肿瘤是临床致死率比较高的一种疾病,对人们的生命健康有很大影响.白血病是骨髓造血干细胞恶性克隆性增殖造血系统肿瘤性疾病,近年来,患白血病的人数越来越多,治愈人数少之又少,且该病发病速度快,不易控制.铁死亡是一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,其在肿瘤研究及肿瘤治疗方面有重要作用,其可能参与降低肿瘤细胞的耐药性,改善肿瘤病人的预后.本文将综述生化过程对铁死亡的影响及铁死亡在肿瘤疾病的进展.
