Abstract
同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是蛋氨酸代谢过程中重要的中间产物.大量研究证明同型半胱氨酸与缺血性脑卒中、高血压、冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病等多种疾病相关,其中许多研究认为Hcy是脑卒中发病的独立危险因素.本文就目前国内外对Hcy的代谢、影响因素、缺血性脑卒中及其亚型的关系最新研究进行综述,为缺血性脑卒中的防治研究提供依据.
