咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough Variant Asthma,CVA)没有与之相对应的中医病名,但因其典型的临床表现常按"咳嗽"辨证论治.从"少阳"理论出发,通过对文献的归纳总结,探讨CVA与少阳之间的关系,阐明小柴胡汤治疗CVA的机制,为临床治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘提供新思路、新想法.
