《职业病诊断与鉴定管理办法》(中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会令[2021]第6号)(以下简称[6号令])第四章明确规定,职业病鉴定实行两级鉴定制,设区的市级职业病诊断鉴定委员会负责职业病诊断争议的首次鉴定,省级鉴定为最终鉴定.2015年起北京市有3家职业病鉴定办事机构承担首次鉴定工作,现对2015-2018年某区职业病鉴定工作情况进行分析.
