Abstract
将血液样品经过自动顶空平衡后进样,采用两支不同极性毛细管色谱柱同时分离,双FID检测器进行检测,以保留时间定性,外标-标准曲线法定量测定血液中常见的6种苯系物含量.6种苯系物在0.2～20.0 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(rDB-ACLI 0.9994～0.9998,rDB.ACL20.9993～0.9999),检出限0.02～0.08 μg/ml,定量下限0.2μg/ml,回收率94.9％～103.9％,日内和日间精密度(RSD)为3.5％ ～6.8％.该方法适用于准确快速测定职业中毒人群血液中苯系物含量.
