Abstract
目的:探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠(Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium,GM1)在临床应用中相关吉兰—巴雷综合征(GBS)的严重不良反应.方法:选取我县某医院患者因使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠相关GBS的病例,结合文献检索,探索机制.结果:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠致GBS的发生机制复杂,预后差.结论:GM1很可能导致GBS,在使用时应严格把握用药指征,加强用药监护,保障安全用药.
