负压封闭引流在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科难治创面中的应用与护理

Abstract
目的:探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)在头颈外科难治性创面中的应用与护理.方法:选取应用VSD治疗的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科难治创面患者19例,分析疗效及护理特点.结果:19例患者中,行1次VSD治疗10例,行2次VSD治疗7例,行3次VSD治疗2例;经VSD治疗6～15 d后创面愈合良好14例,经VSD治疗16～32 d后创面愈合良好3例,局部皮肤愈合不佳改用中心持续负压引流装置继续治疗1例,因纵隔脓肿死亡1例.结论:使用VSD治疗耳鼻咽喉头颈外科难治创面效果良好,做好护理工作是促进创面良好愈合、缩短愈合时间的重要保证.
