QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定固态速溶茶粉中苦参碱含量

Abstract
采用QuEChERS前处理方法联合超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)建立固态速溶茶粉中苦参碱残留量的检测方法.样品经乙腈萃取、高速振荡提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)/十八烷基硅胶(C18)/石墨化炭黑/无水硫酸镁混合填料净化,采用Poroshell120EC-C18(2.1mx100mm,2.7 μm)分离,以甲醇(0.1%甲酸)-水(0.1%甲酸、甲酸铵),正离子电喷雾电离(ESI+),多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,采用基质标准曲线外标法定量.结果表明,苦参碱在0~200 μg·L-1的范围内线性良好,仪器检出限0.005 mg·kg1,方法定量限0.01 mg·kg1,在0.01~0.1 mg·kg-1加标水平下,回收率为92.3%~108.9%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~4.3%之间.该方法仪器检出限低,使用溶剂少,提取过程操作简便,基质干扰小,检测过程具有快速、简便、稳定等优点,能够满足固态速溶茶粉中苦参碱检测的要求.
