聚晶金刚石是继人造金刚石单晶之后发展起来的新型超硬材料,凭借其优良的性能广泛应用于钻探、刀具、锯切等领域.文章综述了聚晶金刚石的发展历程、应用领域,分析了烧结聚晶金刚石、纳米聚晶金刚石、超硬聚晶金刚石等的高温高压合成工艺及研究现状,最后指出了聚晶金刚石的发展趋势及目前亟待解决的技术难题.
