Abstract
华能重庆两江燃机发电有限责任公司F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组当前为频繁调峰运行状态.由于高压给水泵兼用TCA给水的作用,频繁起机使得系统出现高压给水泵轴弯曲、断轴、平衡鼓磨损及高压汽包水位失调等问题.本文在TCA给水系统的对比研究基础上,确定了新增TCA低压给水泵的优化方案.满足TCA冷却系统运行要求,减少高压给水泵故障概率,同时降低了启动能耗.
