近年来,随着我国老龄化的加剧,骨质疏松症发病率越来越高,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)发病率也随之升高.骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折为常见脊柱骨折类型,其中最主要表现形式为胸腰椎压缩骨折.目前,临床在治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折上分保守治疗、手术治疗两种.本文主要对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床治疗进展进行阐述,以供参考.
