"用药须使邪有出路",恶性肿瘤患者素体禀赋不足,复感靶向药物特殊之毒,"风、热、湿、毒、瘀"等邪气郁于皮肤,发为药疹.洪月光教授基于《黄帝内经》中"开鬼门、洁净府、去菀陈莝"的理论,将"给邪以出路"的临床思维应用于EGFR-TKI相关性皮疹的治疗,结合病案予以分析,希望给肿瘤患者化疗、放疗及靶向治疗后不良反应的治疗带来更多的思路,提高患者生活质量.
