Abstract
目的:为建立桃胶药材质量标准提供依据.方法:称取供试品细粉4g,加提取溶剂乙醇50ml,超声处理20min,滤过,滤液蒸干,加乙酸乙酯溶剂1ml溶解,点样;点样量10μl;展开剂为环己烷-乙醚-甲酸(4:1:0.05).结果:薄层色谱鉴别图谱斑点清晰、分离度较好.结论:本研究建立的桃胶药材薄层色谱鉴别方法,方法简便可行,可为制定桃胶药材的质量标准提供依据.
