Abstract
肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome IBS)是一种功能性肠道疾病,表现为反复发作的腹痛、腹部不适,与排便相关或伴随排便习惯改变.其中主要发病为腹泻、腹部疼痛的被称为腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS with predominant diarrhea,IBS-D).目前IBS-D潜在的病理生理机制尚不完全明确,近年来肠道菌群失调成为研究热点,中医认为脾的生理功能与肠道菌群作用类似.文章从肠道菌群作为切入点,就中医从脾论治IBS-D的病因病机及治疗作一综述.
