60Co-γ射线高效提取茶籽粕中的茶皂素

Abstract
为简化茶皂素提取过程和提高其提取率,以茶籽粕为材料,探究60Co-γ射线辐照和双氧水预处理对茶皂素提取率的影响.结果表明:茶皂素最佳提取条件为:辐照剂量5 kGy,双氧水浓度6%,粗提取率可达46.4%;随着辐照剂量和双氧水浓度的继续增加,茶皂素的提取率降低;絮凝萃取后,当辐照剂量为5 kGy,双氧水浓度为6%时,茶皂素的含量从40.80%提高到了48.32%;发泡试验结果表明溶液中茶皂素含量越高,发泡高度越高,并且其发泡性能具有一定的稳定性.因此,γ射线与双氧水能有效提高茶皂素的提取率,在工业提取中具有重要意义.
