Abstract
毛囊闭锁四联征是毛囊闭锁引起毛囊、皮脂腺、大汗腺及其他皮肤附属器结构在遗传学改变下导致毛囊阻塞、导管破裂,最终形成窦道的一种皮肤疾病,由聚合性痤疮、化脓性汗腺炎、头皮穿掘性蜂窝组织炎、藏毛窦组成[1-2].本病在中医学中尚无明确病名,常因外感六淫,内郁湿火,或过食膏粱厚味,聚湿生浊,蕴阻肌肤,气血凝滞,经络壅遏,化火成毒而成痈肿;或因天气闷热汗出不畅,暑湿热蕴肌肤,邪毒蕴结而成.
