风湿性多肌痛(poly myalgia rheumatica,PMR)主要症状为颈肩及盆骨带肌肉疼痛,临床多采用激素治疗,但激素副作用较多,本病例在激素的基础上依据王居易教授经络诊察法辨经取穴,并在此基础上加用其他配穴,取得良效,提高了患者的生活质量,为PMR的治疗提供新思路.现介绍如下.
