历代关于周围性面瘫病因颇有争议,基本分为三类:"外因致病说、内因致病说和内外因综合致病说".经过对历代医家著作的分析与对临床有效治疗面瘫的研究总结,"外风"是面瘫的主要病因."风为百病之长",寒邪、热邪等依附于风邪侵袭面部,发为面瘫.本文着眼于面瘫的"内外风"之争,主要为了追寻面瘫的主要病因,以此为出发点来帮助指导临床的治疗,提高临床疗效.
