Abstract
艾滋病歧视是指由于艾滋病本身导致对人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(human immunode ficiency viruses/ac-quirel immunodeficiency synairome,HIV/AIDS)人权的侵犯和区别对待.国内外医疗机构艾滋病歧视广泛存在,主要分为内化歧视、个人歧视和职业歧视;且还会导致严重的后果,其潜在的影响因素主要分为个人层面、医疗机构和政策层面.我国医疗机构中歧视普遍存在,且消除歧视的重点人群在医务工作者.
