Abstract
糖尿病前期属于中医"脾瘅"范畴,明确提出糖尿病前期广泛存在"湿热致瘀"病机演变特点,即湿热、痰浊、瘀血三者随着病程发展依次迭代,而非次第取代,治疗应当以卫气营血系统论为指导,采用"上下分消、气血同治、消瘀透热"法,由此拟定经验方化瘀温胆汤治疗糖尿病前期,可为糖尿病前期的治疗提供有益参考.
