Abstract
本文报道1例发生于青年男性的，由闭合性喉外伤导致的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）。患者男，28岁，因“颈部闭合性外伤后睡眠打鼾伴憋醒8个月，加重1个月”就诊。术前颈部CT示双侧杓会厌襞形态不自然，会厌根部位置上移，考虑杓会厌襞瘢痕，会厌离断；术前睡眠呼吸监测：呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）56.2 次/h。药物诱导睡眠喉镜（DISE）示会厌舌面可见光滑的囊肿样物，会厌缘卷曲、塌陷、阻塞气道；吸气时双杓黏膜脱垂向喉内坠入。在全身麻醉下行会厌囊肿及松弛黏膜切除手术。术后睡眠呼吸监测：AHI 19.9 次/h。在9 cmH2O持续气道正压通气治疗下：AHI 1.8 次/h。嘱患者戴机治疗，定期随诊。.
