Abstract
以PTA氧化残渣为热解对象,在实验室自制微波热解设备的基础上,研究微波馈口形式对微波热解升温特性的影响.通过对比分析4种馈口形式的微波热解温度变化规律,发现当四馈口 E-H分布时,物料升温速率快,反应充分,热解终温高,固态产物产率低,且在相同热解终温下总能耗更低.该结论可为微波热解的工业化应用提供参考.
