Abstract
多发性原发性恶性肿瘤(multiple primary mali-gnant neoplasms,MPMNs)一词由Warren和Gates[1]首次在文献中报道,世界卫生组织(WHO)将其定义为独立的原发性多部位恶性肿瘤[2].随着现代癌症筛查项目的推广和治疗方法的发展,第一原发肿瘤患者的存活率得到提升,加之总体癌症发病率的增加,使得第二原发肿瘤的发病率也大大提高[3-5],有研究显示,患者第二原发肿瘤的发病终生风险高达33％[6],其中多数是致命的,患者在经历诊断、疾病和治疗相关的不同程度的痛苦后,不仅生理机能堪忧,心理健康状况也极差[7-8].
