基于现代研究所提出的特发性性早熟的致病原因及中医典籍中肝、脾与肾脏的生理功能、病理联系,结合小儿"肝常有余、脾肾常不足"的体质特点,以脏腑、经络等理论为切入点,从"土壅木郁"角度阐述特发性性早熟的中医病因病机,论述以逍遥散为基础方加减治疗特发性性早熟的独特优势,望提供临床参考.
