Abstract
麦粒肿为临床常见病多发病,治疗方法多样,但大多存在根治不全反复发作等缺点.此文通过分析认为麦粒肿的病因病机为"脾胃积热,火邪上攻""五轮学说"和"脾主土灌四傍"是脾胃论治麦粒肿的理论基础,临床上许多医家多从"清脾胃积热、疏散风热、补益脾胃、扶正祛邪"等方面治疗麦粒肿.因此,中医治疗麦粒肿特别是预防其反复发作有一定优势.
