Abstract
针对注水泵柱塞填料密封寿命短的问题,分析了其失效原因.结合工作经验及现有技术条件,对柱塞填料密封结构及材料进行改进,将密封介质腔引入柱塞填料密封函体结构中,利用其对柱塞的润滑作用,减小柱塞与填料之间的摩擦力;采用"13141"盘根组合法结构.实践证明,该方法能够将盘根寿命提升1.5倍.
