消化道肿瘤在世界范围内持续高发,随着精准医疗的发展,以循环游离核酸为标志物的液体活检技术应运而生.外周血游离核酸(ccfNAs)指存在于人体血液循环中的游离于细胞外的微量核酸片段,通过将这些片段进行分离检测,可提高诊断的灵敏度和特异度.该文对ccfNAs在消化道肿瘤诊断的相关应用进行综述,并阐述了ccfNAs的应用前景.
