基于收敛-约束应力分析的超深竖井施工工艺优化

Abstract
随着竖井建设深度的增加,地应力逐渐增大,致使浅部竖井掘支工艺在深部竖井建设中不完全适用.为此,通过收敛-约束分析法,理论分析深竖井掘进工作面与衬砌混凝土间的合理距离,即井筒掘进工作面超前混凝土衬砌井壁12 m(3个循环工序).据此优化新城金矿1527 m深竖井掘支优化工艺,采用释能支护系统支护未衬砌段井筒围岩,有助于井筒围岩内的高应力区向井筒围岩深部转移,有利于井筒及其围岩的长期稳定.竖井掘支优化工艺较原工艺比,更适用于深地层超深竖井建设.
