Abstract
芦荟有效物质多,能促进创面组织分泌生长因子,降低炎症因子的生成,并可能通过核因子kB(NF-kB)炎症通路、蛋白激酶C(PKC)信号通路等通路调控多种细胞因子的表达,促进烧伤、烫伤、放射性皮炎等创面愈合.该文通过检索文献,对芦荟促进各类创面愈合的基础与临床研究进行归纳总结,以期为促进芦荟资源深度开发利用提供参考.
