Abstract
肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)是以各种栓子阻塞肺动脉或其分支动脉为病因的一组疾病或临床综合征的总称[1].PE的临床表现多样,有时难以与肺炎区别,缺乏特异性,需有详细的病史才能确定PE的初步诊断.PE是一种致死率非常高的呼吸内科疾病,因其误诊率极高,在全球范围内,PE是仅次于脑卒中和心血管疾病的第三大常见死亡原因[2].现报告山东第一医科大学第一附属医院呼吸与危重症学科收治的1例表现为肺炎的肺血栓栓塞症(pulmonary thromboembolism,PTE)病例.
