Abstract
根据《玄女经》"四至"理论,认为气机失常、脏气失调是勃起功能障碍的重要病机.结合《竹林寺女科证治》相关论述,认为"四气"(即和气、肌气、骨气、神气)分别对应肝气、脾气、肾气、心气,提出勃起功能障碍应从气机理论辨治,并根据肝、脾、肾、心四脏气机的变化,以调畅气机为核心,多脏同调,使四气能达于宗筋,则病可治.
