Abstract
随着加工制造难度增大与服役环境恶劣化,对材料的综合性能提出了更高要求.将金属与陶瓷焊接在一起能克服各自缺点,满足矿山机械等方面运用要求,而二者焊接接头的残余应力问题较为棘手.本文综述了金属/陶瓷焊接的多种方法,总结了陶瓷与金属焊接残余应力状态与分布规律,对目前残余应力的缓解途径进行了归纳,并提出应将梯度陶瓷的构建与数值模拟分析作为缓解金属与陶瓷等异种材料焊接残余应力的研究重点.
