Abstract
冠状病毒变异率高,宿主广泛,主要感染哺乳动物和禽类,严重威胁公共卫生安全与养殖业发展.生猪养殖业中,冠状病毒也是危害猪只健康的重要病原.本研究对4种代表性猪冠状病毒:猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(transmissible gastroenteritis virus,TGEV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)、猪急性腹泻综合征冠状病毒(swine acute diarrhoea syndrome coronavirus,SADS-CoV)和猪δ冠状病毒(porcine delta coronavirus,PDCoV)的起源、流行、遗传演化和跨宿主传播等方面进行综述,为动物冠状病毒的传播、变异和防控研究提供借鉴.
