Abstract
斜井盾构法施工时,由于盾构主机重心靠前和下坡掘进等原因,会引起盾构机栽头现象,不利于盾构机的姿态控制.为了预防栽头发生,找出其发生机理,基于盾构机自身结构与地层状况,建立斜井盾构机重力分布模型与地基反力模型,分析盾构机重力分布与地层沉降的关系.研究发现,斜井隧道“头重脚轻”的重力分布会引起地层不均匀的沉降,这是栽头发生的主因.实例证明,新街矿区煤矿斜井盾构机掘进时存在栽头风险,需采取预防措施.
