活化焙烧-联合浸出法制备白炭黑实验研究

Abstract
以煤矸石为原料,通过活化焙烧和联合浸出的方法制得高纯度的白炭黑,考察了预焙烧、酸浸、碱焙烧、水浸和陈化参数对白炭黑制备的影响.结果 表明:在预焙烧温度为700℃,预焙烧时间为2h,硫酸浓度为20%,液固比为5,浸出温度为90℃,浸出时间为1h,加碱焙烧温度为750℃,碱渣比为1.5∶1,水浸液固比为20,水浸温度为60℃,pH值为6和陈化温度为80℃条件下,得到白炭黑产品品位大于99.5%.
