Abstract

通过添加Al-Ti-C-B细化剂,研究了Ti、C、B元素对A356合金中α-Al相及力学性能的影响.结果表明,A356合金中加入Al-Ti-C-B能显著细化α-Al枝晶尺寸至150 μm以下,微观组织更加均匀,且细化剂最佳添加量为1.0％(质量分数,下同),合金的抗拉强度为320.8 MPa,伸长率为10.0％.进一步研究表明,Al-Ti-C-B中间合金中含有TCB粒子,能够作为初生α-Al的有效形核质点,从而对A356合金具有高效、长效、稳定的细化效果.
